Update from Pastor Rick …

Dear friend of Pine Mountain Christian Community Church,

Men, take note that this Saturday, May 19 is Men's Breakfast at 8:30 AM in the Activities Center. It is Armed Forces Day; so men, if you served in one of the Armed Services, be ready to share a little about when and where. We will also have a few men share how they came to serve in God's armed forces, the church!

This Sunday, May 20, we will resume our study of the book of Joshua, as we look at what happened after the victory over the city of Jericho in chapter 7. It is an amazing story that reveals God's righteousness and His Omniscience (He knows everything). We will also have an update on our student missionaries.

Here are a few events to be aware of:

Saturday, May 19th, Men's Breakfast at 8:30 AM in the Activities Center
Saturday, May 19th, Memorial Service for Gayle Diani at 10:30 AM at the Lutheran Church in Lake of the Woods.
Saturday & Sunday - May 19th & May 20th - Lilac Festival
Sunday, May 27th - Guest preacher - Dennis Swanson
Monday, May 28th - Memorial Day - Church picnic (bring your own picnic) in the park at 1 PM; 3 PM: Church softball game!
Tuesday, June 5th - Election Day
Saturday, June 9th - Men's Breakfast at the shooting range! Steve Snover instructor - details to come.
Tuesday, June 12 - Elder's meeting at 7 PM

I know God will bless you as you walk in the light as He is in the light (1 John 1:7)

Welcome

Welcome to Pine Mountain Christian Community Church!
We are pleased you have visited us here. Our desire is to serve the families of the Mountain Communities, along with every person whom the Lord brings into our fellowship. If you have recently moved to this area or if you are looking for a church home, we invite you to consider PMCCC.

We are a Bible-believing church
We’re committed to growing in our relationship with Jesus Christ through regular worship, prayer, and Bible study.

We offer two worship styles
Our 9:00 a.m. service features contemporary style music led by our praise band. At 10:45 a.m. we worship with a mix of traditional hymns and praise songs, accompanied by organ and piano. The same practical, biblical sermon is given at both services.

During Worship Services
We offer nursery care as well as Children’s Church for children through the 3rd Grade. There is a youth Sunday School class (Jr. High and High School) during the 10:45 hour. We encourage parents and youth to attend the first service so that youth can attend both church and Sunday school.

You’re In The Mountains
So don’t worry about what to wear. We believe God looks at the inside. Feel free to dress for comfort.

Join us for our mid-week service on Wednesdays
We meet at 7:00 p.m. for singing, worship, Bible study, and prayer. It’s a great time of fellowship with the Lord and with each other!

Other Opportunities
We also offer AWANA, a great teen ministry, and helpful instruction through various weekly Bible studies.

Our Mission
The mission of PMCCC is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. This has been the basis of our ministry from the beginning and is the foundation for everything we do. For more information about us and our purpose statement, please see our “What We Believe” page.

We hope you will join us!
